General Policies
Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise, GBodyParts.com will pay the return shipping on replacement items.
All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.* Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
The returned package must be received within 15 business days of the RMA issue date.
All products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
Items returned for credit or non-defective returns will incur a 20% restocking fee on new items. Item must be returned within 30 days.
All items must be returned in an "as shipped" condition.
All damages must be reported within 24 business hours, preferably by e-mail to Sales@gbodyparts.com or call & leave a message 252 332 8787. Please do not accept damaged packages.
NO RETURN OF USED PARTS. SOLD AS IS!
The shipping rates displayed are for estimates only and may differ from actual charges. We try to be as accurate as possible, but due to the weight of some items this is unavoidable.
OUT OF COUNTRY SHIPMENTS
As of 10/17/07 any orders going out of the Continental U.S. will ship by use of UPS or DHL. Sorry, no USPS
As of 10/30/07 We have a Distributor in Puerto Rico, Ismael Colombani will be our distributor for our larger parts. We will post his contact info shortly.
We also have distributors around the country for our larger parts so that items such as downpipes, headers, intercoolers, control arms, Radiators, etc will be available in 1 day shipping in the Continental U.S. from our distributors.
