Terms and Conditions
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise. GBodyParts.com will pay the return shipping on replacement items and/or back ordered items.
All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits will not be processed without one.
Returned products must be received within 15 business days of the RMA issue date.
All products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
Items returned for credit or non-defective returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
All items must be returned in original packaging and in "as shipped" condition. We will not accept returns of installed or used products. No Exceptions.
All damages must be reported within 24 business hours, preferably by e-mail to email@example.com or reported by phone call at 252-825-3293. Do not accept damaged packages.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON USED PARTS. ALL USED PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AS IS!
The shipping rates displayed are for estimates only and may differ from actual charges. We try to be as accurate as possible, but due to the weight of some items, slight variations in shipping costs are unavoidable.
OUT OF COUNTRY SHIPMENTS
Orders going out of the Continental U.S. will ship by use of USPS or Fed ex. We can arrange to ship on your account.
