General Policies
Our site is set up so that if Pay Pal re-loads the web page the order is closed to prevent multiple payments from Pay Pal. Please do not hit the page reload during the checkout process. In our best interest for customer service we feel it is better when reading & agreeing to the ordering & shipping policy that you will be issued an order #. If you do not recieve an order # from us please contact us immediately.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise, GBodyParts.com will pay the return shipping on replacement items.
All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.* Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
The returned package must be received within 15 business days of the RMA issue date.
All products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
Items returned for credit or non-defective returns will incur a 20% restocking fee on new items. Item must be returned within 30 days.
All items must be returned in an "as shipped" condition.
All damages must be reported within 24 business hours, preferably by e-mail to Gbodypartssales@aol.com or call & leave a message 252 825 3293. Please do not accept damaged packages.

The shipping rates displayed are for estimates only and may differ from actual charges. We try to be as accurate as possible, but due to the weight of some items this is unavoidable.
OUT OF COUNTRY SHIPMENTS
As of 10/17/07 any orders going out of the Continental U.S. will ship by use of USPS or Fed ex. We can arrange to ship on your account.
