NEW RETURN POLICY: For return of merchandise shipped incorrectly, GBP will issue a return label. CUSTOMER HAS 9 DAYS TO RETURN THE PART WITH OUR LABEL. On the 10th day after label is issued, if it is not in transit, the label will be cancelled. It will then be the responsibility of the customer to arrange return shipping at their cost.
SHIPPING POLICY: With the sustained increases in gas prices, the cost for shipping has been changing almost on a daily basis. It is very common to see shipping that would seem overpriced to say the least.
Gbodyparts.com will continue to compare prices between shipping companies and use the most economical method to ship and refund the difference. This policy will continue until shipping costs stabilize. We are hoping this will occur within the next few months. If a credit card is used, the shipping charges will be adjusted. If using Pay Pal, the shipping difference will be refunded.
Most of you have already seen refunds or lower charges in the past few months. This is to let new customers know of the situation. Also, if we can ship USPS for less we will do that.
