RETURN POLICY: For return of merchandise due to GBP error, GBP will issue a return label. CUSTOMER HAS 9 DAYS TO RETURN THE PART WITH OUR LABEL. On the 10th day after label is issued if it is not in transit, the label will be cancelled. It will then be the responsibility of the customer to arrange return shipping at their cost.
DO NOT ACCEPT A PACKAGE OR SHIPMENT THAT HAS VISIBLE DAMAGE. ONCE YOU SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE, YOU ACCEPT IT.
SHIPPING POLICY: Gbodyparts.com will continue to compare prices between shipping companies and use the most economical method to ship your order in the timeframe expected and refund the difference, if applicable. If a credit card is used, shipping charges will be adjusted prior to processing your payment. If paying with Pay Pal, the difference will be refunded when shipping is calculated. Also note: Expedited shipping cannot be guaranteed for orders placed after 2PM EST—you must add 1 business day to the expected shipping time. Although we will do our best to accommodate your shipping requirements, some items that ship from our stock at a manufacturer's warehouse may have additional handling time. I.e., all fiberglass items are built to order and have a 3-4 week lead time; ABS plastic parts such as bumper and license fillers have an additional 3 day handling time. This does not include GBP manufactured items, such as GM style bumper fillers which are in stock and qualify for same day and expedited shipping.
International shipments: We will gladly ship outside the US. However, all duty/taxes and related import fees are the responsibility of the international buyer. We do not have the fees and related information available at the time of shipment and therefore cannot estimate. These import fees vary by country and are not the responsibility of GBP. Also note: These fees are not included in your shipping fees. We will arrange shipment, but it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees at the time the products arrives in Customs in the respective country. International shipments may have additional handling time. If you have a tight timeline, please include it in the comment section of your order and choose expedited shipping. Our shipping calculators are based on weight, so there may be additional shipping requirements for international orders. We recommend using a customs broker for international freight shipments. We will be happy to make a recommendation. Just email and request the information.

DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED FREIGHT!!! OPEN YOUR SHIPMENT AND INSPECT FOR DAMAGE PRIOR TO SIGNING! Sheet metal goods are held to a different standard than other shipments. We have very little recourse with the carrier for damages of sheet metal that is signed for. WE MUST INSIST THAT YOU INSPECT THE CONTENTS PRIOR TO SIGNING. If there is damage, refuse the shipment and we will get a replacement out right away. Once you (or your body shop) sign for the shipment, you are committing to receive the merchandise in its shipped condition; therefore you own it at that point. While there may be some minor unseen scuffs in the EDP or insignificant damage due to freight shipping as this can happen; no sheet metal goods will be returned for minor unseen shipping damages that will be remedied by the sand/paint process. They are packaged extremely well but due to the nature of freight shipments things do happen. Please note that our sheet metal products are EDP (Electrophoretic deposition) coated. This is not a paint finish. It is a protectant which inhibits rust. This coating must be sanded off prior to prime and paint. So a few scuffs on the EDP coating does not constitute a damaged item.
